Thank you for choosing Voice Yourself Singing for your singing lessons. Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in our courses.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

b. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time may not be eligible for a refund. However, we encourage you to contact us in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

a. Services Rendered: Once services, including lessons or consultations, are provided, we do not offer refunds. This includes both in-person and virtual lessons.

b. Online Material: The purchase of online material, including courses and digital content, is not refundable.

c. Rescheduling: We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time to discuss rescheduling options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable alternative time.
